24hours in:
so. She kept us awake from birth (9:50pm) to 6am. then from 6am to 4pm (?), nothing would wake her up, not even feeding time !! Since she woke up, ate with a Garguantuan appetite. Cooing and rooting are her favorites activities thus far.

Here is an updated page of my workout progress, with before and after pictures at the very bottom.

I’ve done one round of p90x, I’m almost through one round of RevAbs, and I will start a round two of p90x after revAbs.

is it hard ? heck yes.
what does it involve ?
- dedicate one hour of your time to intense workout every day for 3 months
- portion control
- will power. discipline, whatever you call it.
is it worth it ? heck yes. ten times yes.

results are from October 2009 to March 2010. knowing that the bulk of the weight loss was probably done by December 31st.

first let me start by saying that on a purely technical aspect of things, Steadfast servers when they work, work great.
the beefy server is really beefy and it’s a pleasure to work on it, it barely flinches when we put heavy loads on it. awesome.

Steadfast support: very responsive and very efficient to resolve issues.
BUT OH MAN DO THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PEOPLE.

they will never believe you as customer. the principle is that steadfast is always right and you have the right to shut yo mouf.

Do not question them. Do not point out evidences that you find against their sloppy work. Do not look at them in the eye , and keep paying them on time please. or else. No. There is no “please”. You don’t have the technical expertise to compete with them, you’re a nobody. shut yo mouf.

I had a very big problem on the new server a few weeks ago. data loss, hours of sleep gone trying to fix the mess.
We spent several hours to understand what happened. when we contact them, and explain the situation, its not without a much unnecessary finger pointing and eye poking.
As a customer, you have no right to express your frustration for your loss. shut yo mouf’, remember ?… they will take a vicous pleasure to bite your throat back, spit it in your face, and stomp on it while beating it up with a stick. They cannot take the ownership of a failure and move on. First they have to rape your business and then stomp your soul. or the other way around.

So how to fix it ?

First where it comes from: it’s the power steering reservoir ‘s filter that is probably clogged up and is starving your power steering when it needs it.
it’s a easy fix though. Go to your Dodge dealer and buy a POWER STEERING RESERVOIR. 25$ on January 2010. If you choose to go through a different car parts store, don’t let them talk you into buying a power steering pump, or they will try to tell you you’ll have to take the power steering pump apart as well. both are incorrect statements.

one couple of things you will need also is a hand pump to empty the power steering reservoir (a couple of bucks at your hardware store), and a empty bottle to pump it into, and of course, one bottle of power steering fluid (see your owner’s manual to see which one to pick).
you will need something to clamp the hoses too. or be careful not to spill

When you have your stuff:
It’s very easy to spot where the reservoir is. Empty its content in the bottle with your hand pump. it should take less than 5 minutes
there are 2 small screws/nuts holding the reservoir on its left. unscrew them.
then the bottom of the reservoir is held in place by a tight nut that you could probably unscrew by hand, but it’s hard to reach.
instead, gently wiggle the reservoir from the right to the left while pulling the unit upwards. it should just slide out …

Then with pliers, disconnect the hoses from the reservoir, start with the small one on the right side, make sure it’s not spilling (use the empty bottle or any recipient that would work), empty also the remaining fluid from the reservoir.
Disconnect the bigger hose from the back. use a big flat screwdriver if necessary. Warning : this hose is most likely to spill content. so be careful and lift it upwards and secure it so it doesn’t make a mess.

That’s it ! almost done.

Bring the new reservoir, connect the small hose, the bigger hose, tighten the bottom screw and punch the reservoir down with your hand. put the 2 screws back and secure the hoses

Refill, and VOILA !, you just saved [insert that ridiculous amount your garage asked you for], by proudly fixing your car yourseld, and chewbacca is gone for good.
